My doula service package includes:
- Free consultation: A "Get-to-Know-You" interview to be sure that I am the right doula for you.
- Private Prenatal Meetings in Your Home: Two 1-2 hour visits to discuss your expectations and all your birth options. During this time I will share information and you and your partner can ask questions.
- Unlimited phone and e-mail contact to discuss the course of your pregnancy, help you form questions for your healthcare provider, calm any anxieties, and suggest ways to keep you comfortable during those last couple of weeks!
- Continuous Labor Support once you are in labor and are ready for support. I will meet you at your home, birthing center or hospital. I will provide physical, emotional and informational support to you and your partner during labor, birth, and immediate postpartum. I will advise on comfort measures for pain relief such as breathing, relaxation, massage and positioning. I will also provide reassurance and assistance to partners who wish to attend the birth or actively support you.
- Initial breastfeeding assistance immediately postpartum to make sure you are comfortable and settled in the first hours of birth.
- Postpartum visit at your home to provide assistance with postpartum recovery, lactation, and processing the birth.

I serve the Tampa area, including the region within one hour's driving distance.
What do Doula Fees cover?
Travel - Costs associated with driving to and from prenatal and postpartum visits, any doctor visits or childbirth education classes I might attend with you, travel to and from the hospital or birth location, and any parking fees.
Supplies - Books in my lending library, worksheet and handout printing, supplies used for myself, the mother and the partner during labor.
Time - Hours spent with you prenatally, the full length of labor (can be 24 hours or more!), and postpartum.
Your doula is fully available to you and on-call for the two weeks before and after your estimated due date. That means that she cannot travel, might miss work, or be called from events with family and friends.
